The attorney Fernando Berroa Jované is a specialist in litigation and legal advice, with more than two decades of experience in civil, commercial, administrative, contentious-administrative law, in conflicts over consumer
relations, national and international arbitration, protection of guarantees and constitutional rights, complex issues of commercial companies and shareholders, private interest foundations, insolvency proceedings, reorganization and liquidation of insurers and reinsurers. Arbitrator of the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama.

He obtained his degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama (1999); has a master’s degree in Procedural Law from the Universidad Latina de Panamá (2007). He belongs to the National Bar Association, Panamanian Institute of Procedural Law (founder). Member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE).
